WELCOME TO MINGLE
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Mingle Jewish Singles (“Mingle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your participation in Mingle events, activities, programs, coaching, matchmaking, and other services.
By using this website, registering for or attending a Mingle event, or purchasing or participating in a Mingle service, you agree to the applicable terms below.
EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
Mingle provides opportunities for adults to meet, socialize, build friendships, and potentially form romantic relationships.
Participation in Mingle events and activities is voluntary. Attendees are responsible for determining whether an event, activity, venue, or interaction with another participant is appropriate for them.
Event details, locations, schedules, activities, and participating businesses or professionals may change when reasonably necessary.
PERSONAL SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
Mingle does not guarantee or verify the character, background, intentions, health, financial status, relationship status, or other personal information of individuals participating in the Mingle community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mingle does not conduct criminal, employment, financial, identity, or other background checks on members, attendees, matchmaking prospects, or other participants.
Participants are responsible for exercising their own judgment and due diligence when meeting or communicating with others.
When meeting someone individually, participants are encouraged to take reasonable safety precautions, including initially meeting in a public location.
ALCOHOL
Some Mingle events may take place at venues where alcoholic beverages are available.
Participants are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption, transportation decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. Participants should never drink and drive.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in social events and other activities may involve ordinary risks, including risks associated with travel, venues, food and beverages, physical activities, and interactions with other people.
By choosing to participate, attendees accept responsibility for evaluating and assuming the ordinary risks associated with their participation.
Certain events or activities may require an additional waiver or acknowledgment before participation.
MATCHMAKING
Mingle may offer private matchmaking services using our own personalized approach.
Matchmaking does not guarantee an introduction, date, relationship, compatibility, or particular outcome.
Participants remain responsible for evaluating potential matches and deciding whether and how to communicate with or meet another person.
Additional terms may apply to paid matchmaking services.
COACHING
Mingle may provide dating and relationship coaching intended to offer education, feedback, guidance, and support.
Coaching does not guarantee particular dating or relationship results and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Additional terms may apply to paid coaching services.
PAYMENTS, DONATIONS & REFUNDS
Certain Mingle events, programs, and services may require payment or request a contribution or donation.
Prices, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and refund policies may vary by event or service and will be communicated when applicable.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular event or service, payment does not guarantee any particular social, dating, matchmaking, or relationship outcome.
SPONSORS, VENDORS & THIRD PARTIES
Mingle may collaborate with sponsors, venues, businesses, instructors, speakers, vendors, and other third parties.
Their participation or appearance at a Mingle event does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Mingle of their products, services, advice, qualifications, or business practices.
Any transaction or agreement between a participant and a third party is between those parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Mingle events may occasionally be photographed or recorded.
When photography or recording is planned, additional notices, event terms, or permissions may apply. Participants with concerns about appearing in photographs or recordings should contact Mingle or the event organizer.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Mingle is intended to provide a respectful and welcoming environment.
We reserve the right to refuse participation, remove an individual from an event or community space, or discontinue services when we reasonably believe conduct is disruptive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, fraudulent, or significantly inconsistent with the purpose of the Mingle community, subject to applicable law.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, event information, pricing, availability, services, and other website content may occasionally change or contain errors.
We may update website content and these Terms & Conditions as Mingle evolves.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mingle is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, disputes, or other consequences resulting from the independent actions of participants, venues, vendors, sponsors, or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
PRIVACY
